      Position: Translational Bioinformatics Intern – Integrative Genomic Analysis

      We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Translational Bioinformatics group for a 10-week long summer internship program. The paid internship position offers a great opportunity

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Perform integrative genomic analysis to infer simple causal networks using Genotype, RNA-seq, and Proteomics data from auto-immune disease patients
      • Perform all analysis in a reproducible research workflow using R and Git
       
      Key Requirements:
      • Currently enrolled in Undergraduate/Master’s/PhD program in bioinformatics, biostatistics, data science, life science or related field with a 3.0 GPA
      • Must be able to work full-time for at least 10 weeks
      • Experience in R programming, Basic Statistics, and Genomics
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong working relationships across the organization
