      Location: Tampa, FL
      Project Management & Data Management Intern is a function of the Global Labeling Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Global Regulatory Collaboration & Services. As part of optimizing our end to end Labeling process in coordination with our stakeholders, this function will support our mutual day to day work, ensuring that we achieve compliance with local and BMS regulations and speed for the patients.
      • Leading Project Management activities including data management, in collaboration with our stakeholders.
      • Involvement in knowledge transfer projects.
      • Supporting the continuous improvement projects of the team.
        The candidate chosen for this position will become a valued team member of this cross-functional, multi-team organization which is responsible for organizing and executing Global Labeling initiatives for Bristol-Myers Squibb. 
        Key Learning’s:
        US and International Labeling processes, Project Management, data management, networking with worldwide stakeholders. 
        Enrolled in Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree program with minimum GPA 3.0 desired.
        Backgrounds/degrees include:
      • Project and data Management experience
      • Procedural document writing experience – preferred
      • Scientific background - preferred
      Must be enrolled in school the semester of and/or during the assignment, possess a 3.0+ GPA and be eligible to work full-time, 20 hours, from Jan 2019 – Jun 2019 (option for full year).
      Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills.  Must demonstrate the ability to present ideas, issues, and observations into a clear and useful format, and balance several projects in a fast-paced team environment and work independently.  Must have the ability to collect, analyze, and integrate information by leveraging appropriate PC/systems technology including Word, Excel, share point and PowerPoint.  Ability to speak read and translate Spanish and or Arabic and translate to English is a plus.
