      Co-Op Position General Requirement: Must be enrolled in school the semester of and/or during the co-op assignment and must be eligible to work full-time, 40 hours.
      Duration of Assignment:              6 months (January 2020 - June 2020)
      Location of Assignment:               New Brunswick, NJ
      Education Requirements:            Enrolled in Bachelor’s, Masters or MBA degree program.
      Preferred Course of Study: Pharmaceutically relevant science or engineering discipline
      Required skills/knowledge:
      • Previous work or internships in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry desired, but not required.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint)
      • Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills.
      • Must demonstrate the ability to present ideas, issues, and observations into a clear and useful format, and balance several tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment and circumstances demonstrating flexibility, tolerance and sense of urgency.

      Global Quality (GQ) is a function of the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) division that serves Bristol-Myers Squibb’s global business units.       Project Assignment
      As part of the Key Brands Quality and Compliance (KB Q&C) team, the candidate will assist in the development of department toolkit(s) to enable consistent and robust processes for which the KB Q&C team has responsibility for. This includes the development, execution and rollout of such tools as checksheets, work instructions, work aids and other associated guidance documents. A key focus will be on developing a communications toolkit to ensure consistent and appropriate communications within the Global Quality organization as well as to other GPS, R&D and Commercial business partners. The tools should be appropriate for the type of communication required (escalation of issues and resolution, seeking management guidance and/or endorsement, sharing of successes and best practices).
      Key Deliverables for Assignment
      The candidate will work with KB Q&C staff to determine the appropriate tools needed, and execute the development of the required tools. Responsibilities will also include the development and delivery of any required training in the use of the tools.
