      This internship with the People Services Total Rewards Service Line team provides the opportunity to obtain breadth in the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits functions, working with the Service Line Leads on operational systems and administration for Global Compensation, global Benefits and Retirement, Global Recognition and Global Mobility plans.

      BMS People Services provides simple, agile, fast and effective manager and employee direct access through HR Capability Centers, tools and technology.

      Role Description:

      • Work with BMS Global Total Rewards Service Line Leads on Total Rewards projects that are focused on continuous improvement and analysis of data to support reporting and process improvements

      • Understand various process documentation for Total Rewards functions and ensure required documentation is in place, Knowledge Articles are streamlined and updated. Develop and communicate workflows in Vizio as needed.

      • Support the creation of an efficiencies and best practice recommendation document for various Total Rewards annual and ongoing programs; support integration of plans and programs as appropriate

      • Continue project work related to continuous improvements to Total Rewards tasks’ predictive search for employees/managers/ HR Business Partners in myLife/Portal to drive reduction in cases or better auto routing options

      • Schedule meetings related to deliverables, familiarize and ramp up on systems (e.g. Vitalize, eComp, Workday, etc.) to support deliverables



      Enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s degree program with minimum GPA 3.0 desired.

      Backgrounds/degrees include:

      • Preferred from a Human Resources Management, Business degree or Finance/Business analytics program with strong analytical and English language skills.

      • Familiar with Microsoft office suite (advanced Excel skills) and Vizio/process mapping

      • Strong work ethic with ability to be results oriented and highly organized

      • Good communications and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and build relationships across cultures and time zones
