The Information Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP) mission is to identify and cultivate future leaders that accelerate BMS' digitization with technology and innovation.

      Program Structure:
      • 2-year full-time rotational program
      • Consisting of three 8-month rotations
      • Small program of 2-3 Associates per year/per class
      • Rotations will based in the Princeton, NJ area with potential international opportunities
      • Established over 20 years ago; IT RDP graduates are located in various roles across the organization in key leadership positions
      • Assignments May Include:  
      • Emerging technology research, exploring, and understanding new technology trends that can be incorporated as new capabilities within the BMS organization
      • Designing strategy frameworks by analyzing and processing key data, stakeholder components, and market research
      • Lead and provide recommendations on process optimizations cross functionally  
      • Master of Business Administration (MBA) within the past two years
      • Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital, technology, or other relevant industry experience
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
